Diet, more exercise, a new job, reconnecting with family or friends are possible priorities you have been procrastinating on. Lets Clean the slate for creative change.

Visualize the interior of your body as a room you are redesigning, opening up. Imagine yourself busting down intrusive inner body walls, eliminating the intrusive furniture that is blocking your life path.
As are visualize yourself freeing the blockages of excuses and procrastination, you are freeing your pathway for your next chapter of life with self-love. You deserve this. You have gone out of your way for others. Now it's time to heal you.
In your hands you feel the warm mug of coffee. Imagine yourself surrounded by angels. You are being directed to purify your life with more fresh air, better quality food and exercise. In this redesign of your life path, your health and body must come first, directing you to become actively more aggressive about finding work, to take action on a creative goal, or to take steps to relocate or move. Practice this meditation visualization every day and night.
